Choosing equipment
How do I know whether oxygen therapy is appropriate for me?
An oxygen assessment is needed to establish whether oxygen therapy is appropriate and what equipment and settings are required. Speak with your clinician rather than choosing from symptoms, age or a product photograph. Our product information does not establish individual clinical suitability.
How is a home concentrator different from a portable oxygen system?
Home and portable systems serve different practical needs. Size, weight and wheels alone do not establish suitability for walking or travel. Compare the delivery mode, prescribed requirements and power arrangements with your care team and equipment provider.
Is pulse-dose delivery the same as continuous flow?
Continuous flow delivers oxygen continuously; pulse-dose systems deliver a dose triggered by breathing. A pulse setting is not automatically equivalent to the same number in litres per minute. Your care team and equipment provider should check the actual device and settings for your needs.
Our product information
How do the White and Blue models differ in size and format?
2026OXY001White has a floor-standing cabinet with caster wheels; its supplier-listed dimensions are 460 × 280 × 500 mm. 2026OXY002Blue is the smaller home format, listed at 240 × 160 × 235 mm. These are supplier figures, not independently measured installation clearances. Neither format establishes battery operation.
Are either of these models battery powered?
Battery operation and off-grid runtime have not been established for either model. The Blue model’s supplier information lists AC 220 V power. Handles, wheels or a compact body should not be interpreted as proof of battery-powered use.
Does the Blue model deliver 96% oxygen throughout its listed range?
No. The supplier graphic states 96% at the setting labelled 1 L and 70% at 2 L. It does not support 96% throughout the listed 1–9 L range. A separate 95% attribute has no stated setting and remains unresolved. These are supplier statements, not independent test results.
Which electrical supply does each model require?
The supplier lists AC 220 V, 50–60 Hz for 2026OXY002Blue; a 110 V version has not been established. The White model’s supply voltage has not been verified. Do not assume either model matches your local supply or that a plug adapter resolves electrical compatibility.
Setup, care & safety
Where should the concentrator be installed?
Arrange installation and training with your equipment provider. Follow the specific device instructions for ventilation, placement, electrical connection and tubing. Cabinet dimensions are not installation clearances, and another model’s setup instructions should not be used as a substitute.
What should my household plan for a power outage?
Plan backup arrangements with your oxygen provider and care team before an outage occurs. Make sure household members know the plan and the relevant contacts. Do not assume a home concentrator will keep running without mains power, or rely on an unverified battery or generator combination.
How should I clean or replace the nasal cannula?
Use the cleaning and replacement instructions for the particular cannula and equipment supplied to you. There is no single schedule that can be assumed for every accessory. Ask your equipment provider when the instructions are missing or unclear; do not substitute an unverified disinfection method.
What should I do if the machine stops or seems to deliver less oxygen?
Follow the device instructions and your existing care and backup arrangements. Contact the equipment provider for model-specific help; do not guess at alarm meanings or change prescribed settings to compensate. For an urgent health need, use local emergency or care services rather than waiting for an email reply.
What household fire precautions matter around oxygen?
Keep oxygen equipment away from smoking, flames and ignition sources, and keep the room ventilated. Follow your provider’s safety instructions. Ask your care team or pharmacist about suitable skin products instead of using oil-based products around oxygen.
Travel & daily life
Can I take either oxybreathe model on an aircraft?
Neither oxybreathe model has been established as a battery-powered POC or as suitable for in-flight use. Do not assume airline acceptance from its size or appearance. Before flying with oxygen, confirm the exact equipment and arrangements with your clinician, provider and airline.
How do I arrange oxygen at a holiday destination or hotel?
Discuss your plans early with your care team and oxygen provider, including the destination, travel dates and overnight needs. Confirm the actual local supply arrangements before travelling. A holiday provider’s delivery service is separate from purchasing a home concentrator; oxybreathe does not promise destination oxygen delivery.
Orders & delivery
Can I place an order now, and where is the price?
Product orders are not currently open. The product pages provide information for comparison; a publicly visible product page does not mean it can be purchased. We are not presenting a current selling price or accepting payment for these products.
Will Medicare cover a purchase from oxybreathe?
Medicare coverage depends on eligibility and the use of an enrolled supplier. We have not established Medicare billing or reimbursement for an oxybreathe purchase. Check with Medicare, your plan and your approved equipment supplier before assuming that a private purchase will be covered.
Is buying privately the same as receiving NHS oxygen equipment?
No. NHS home oxygen follows clinical assessment and its supply arrangements. A private product listing is not evidence that the seller is an NHS provider or that the equipment replaces your supplied system. Discuss any proposed change with your NHS care team and oxygen supplier.
Where will orders ship from, and which countries are planned?
Our planned sales destinations are the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and France, with dispatch from Hong Kong. Orders are not currently open. Actual address availability and shipping arrangements must be established before an order is accepted; a planned country does not guarantee delivery to every address.
What will shipping cost and how long will delivery take?
There is no fixed shipping price or delivery estimate to quote while orders are closed. When a route is available, its charges and estimated delivery information must be shown before purchase. See the Shipping Policy for the arrangements that will apply to accepted purchases.
Returns, warranty & contact
What is the return window?
Our policy allows notice within 30 calendar days after delivery, followed by 14 days to send the item back. The additional change-of-mind option for days 15–30 requires unused goods, supplied accessories and original packaging. Those commercial conditions do not restrict applicable statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. Read the full policy before relying on this summary.
Who pays return shipping, and is there a restocking fee?
For a change-of-mind return, the direct return cost must be disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable, agreed transport for wrong, damaged or faulty goods for which we are responsible. There is no standard restocking fee. Contact us for the actual destination and practical instructions; statutory rights are not conditional on an authorization number.
How long is the commercial warranty?
Our additional seller warranty is 12 months from delivery for the concentrator and 6 months for included non-consumable accessories. It covers qualifying defects under the full warranty terms. This commercial warranty does not replace or shorten applicable statutory rights. We do not promise a local repair centre, loan unit or fixed repair completion time.
Where should I send equipment for return or service?
Contact Contact@oxybreathe.com for the actual return destination and instructions. Oregon is our public business region, not a postal or returns address. Hong Kong dispatch does not establish a return address. Do not send equipment to an unconfirmed location.
How can I contact support, and when should I expect a reply?
Email Contact@oxybreathe.com. Our service hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Hong Kong time (UTC+8), excluding Hong Kong public holidays. We aim for a first human response within two business days; this is not a guarantee that a repair or delivery issue will be resolved in that time.
What information should I include in a support request?
Include the model and a short description of your question, plus an order number when relevant. Do not email payment-card details, passwords or medical records. For a privacy request, use the same contact address and make the subject clear. Customer support is not an emergency clinical service.
